What surprised every body was the way Roma came back into the game after Raul had scored for Real Madrid. However, both the teams looked cautious after conceding early goals in the game. But one factor that really scared Roma was when Doni (goalkeeper) trembled with the ball while Van Nistelrooy was in front of him. Nistelrooy also missed a great opportunity to settle the scores by thumping the ball against the goal post. That could have been a turning point for Roma.
