Arsene Wenger aims for 90’s

Arsenal is high flying at the top of the league table and there is no stopping to it. The Gunners has faired really well this whole season and has lost only a single Premiership match. Manchester United is just two points behind Arsenal who is standing tall at 60 points. The Arsenal boss is sure that if they want to lift the title they will have to claim a total of 90 points. Arsenal has achieved this feat of 90 points once in the 2003/2004 season when Arsenal won the entire League without losing a single match. Chelsea has also passed the 90 points landmark twice. They had 91 points in the 2005/2006 season and 95 points in 2004/2005.
Arch rivals Manchester United is also in this list. They have exceeded the 90 points mark in 1999/2000 and 1993/1994 by getting 91 and 92 points respectively. It looks like this season would be the biggest of battles between the top three clubs of the League and Arsene Wenger believes that whomsoever wins, will be off with 90 points. Wenger told the clubs official website that the Gunners have attained 60 points which is phenomenal and they look to go for the 90 point mark. Arsenal is at 60 points, Manchester United is at 58 points and Chelsea is at 54, this clearly indicates how fierce it would be at the end of the season when these giants come clashing head to head. So folks all you can do is wait and watch.
