Arsenal Manager, Arsene Wenger claims that his team is all set to take on the Italians in the Champions league draw. Arsenal is in the last 16 of the Champions League and is claiming that they have no reason to be afraid of the Italian Champions. The English team has been given one of the toughest fixtures in the knockout stage of the league after Fridays draw paired them with 7 times Champions league winners. But this time results cannot be expected as the gunners are playing in a different way.
This Arsenal team has proved to be one of the best young squads ever created in the history of the football club. Wenger knows that AC Milan is a great team but claims that his team is not bad either. Arsenal is at the top of the English Premier League table and there are chances that they might win the league this season. However, Arsenal might have got an easier team to play against in the Champions League, if Arsene Wenger had not intentionally send weak teams to play in the group games as they had qualified already.
But the team manager is not concerned with this and insists that the harder the journey starts the easier it gets in the end. And if a team wants to win the Champions League it should first beat the tough teams. On the other hand, defending champions AC Milan were cursing their luck when they got to know that they had to play against Arsenal.
